How it works
- Print your center's check-in QR code from Settings and put it at the entrance.
- A parent scans it, signs in to their parent account, and taps their child.
- The update appears on your classroom's Today board right away.
Check-in questions
How do parents check their child in?
They scan the QR code at your entrance with their phone, sign in to their MyLittleWorld parent account and tap their child. They can also check in and out from the parent portal if you've given them attendance access.
Do families need to install an app?
No. The parent portal works in the browser on any phone.
Can staff check children in too?
Yes. Teachers check children in and out from the Today board, which shows the current status of every child in the classroom.
How do you keep pickups safe?
At check-out you choose who is picking up from the child's authorized list, or enter someone else. Staff can verify the pickup, and any correction to a completed check-out is clearly marked on the record.
What happens with late pickups?
If your center has late-pickup fees set up, a pickup after closing is flagged and the fee is recorded for billing.
Is check-in included in the price?
Yes. Every plan includes the full product, including attendance and check-in. Pricing depends on the number of active children, and you can try it free for 14 days without a card.
Does it work in French?
Yes. Check-in and the parent portal are available in French and English for Quebec daycares.
